ATSI Certified CSR
Employees must complete training, pass comprehensive examinations and demonstrate excellence in three areas: the Interactive Training Program, Call Handling skill sets, and an oral interview testing response to customer service issues and problem calls with a certified examiner.
ATSI Certified Supervisor
Our supervisors must successfully complete 17 general background questions, 18 supervisory style questions, 21 specific system questions, 12 system report questions and 12 case study questions in essay form.
ATSI 24/7 Gold Star Call Center Certification
This signifies that we have exceeded high standards in the measurement of 60 criteria, including business practices, life safety, normal and emergency procedures, personnel hiring and training. This certification includes ongoing evaluations through a peer review program focusing on 99.9% run time.
Our team leaders are Level 1 equipment tech-certified. They are trained in system architecture knowledge with the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and update systems.
